This Policy explains how LeadVictory collects, uses, and protects personal information through our website and services.
1. Introduction
LeadVictory ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website at leadvictory.io and our lead-generation services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies to all visitors, consumers, advertisers, and publishers who interact with us.
We design our practices to comply with applicable United States privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act ("CAN-SPAM Act"), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). Where you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we also honor your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") as described below.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Consumers who complete a form on our branded properties (for example, a loan request form): first and last name, email address, telephone number, and any financial or demographic details you enter to request a quote or offer.
- Contact-form submitters on leadvictory.io: name, email, phone, whether you are a buyer or seller, industry, and your message.
- Business users (advertisers, publishers, partners): company and contact details, account credentials, billing information, and campaign or traffic data.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, referring URLs, and usage analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie section below.
Information from other sources
- Lead data submitted by our publishers, and information from data enrichment providers used to validate and score leads.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including delivering leads to buyers and processing publisher submissions;
- To connect consumers who request quotes with lenders, debt-relief providers, solar companies, mortgage professionals, and other advertisers;
- To verify, validate, and de-duplicate lead data and screen for compliance with the TCPA;
- To respond to inquiries, provide support, and send transactional or account-related communications;
- To process payments and maintain billing records;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- To analyze and improve our Services and to comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell the personal information of consumers who submit requests through our branded properties for purposes of initiating unsolicited contact. We may share information as follows:
- With advertisers / lead buyers who receive leads that you requested, so they may contact you with offers related to your inquiry;
- With publishers / affiliates who submit leads through our marketplace;
- With service providers that perform functions on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, data verification) under contractual obligations of confidentiality;
- For legal compliance where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Telephone & Marketing Communications (TCPA Consent)
When a consumer submits a telephone number through one of our forms, the consent disclosure presented on that form governs how that number may be used. LeadVictory is TCPA-compliant and requires valid prior express written consent before delivering marketing calls or text messages. We maintain records of the consent captured at the point of submission. Consumers may revoke consent at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message, contacting the advertiser directly, or emailing nick@leadvictory.io.
6. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
Marketing emails we send include a clear identification of the sender, a valid physical postal address, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in each message. We honor opt-out requests promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. We categorize cookies as "essential" (required for the Site to function) and "analytics" (used to measure usage). When you first visit the Site, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or limit use to essential cookies only. You can change this choice by clearing your browser's stored consent. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings; doing so may affect Site functionality.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Lead verification and consent records are retained for the period required by applicable law or as needed to demonstrate compliance with the TCPA.
9. Data Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and verification pipelines. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; access the specific pieces of personal information we hold; request deletion of personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, no opt-out of "sale" is required for the consumer-request data described above. To exercise any right, contact us at nick@leadvictory.io.
EEA, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To the extent our processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it by emailingnick@leadvictory.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Other U.S. states
Some U.S. states provide residents with similar rights regarding their personal information. Regardless of where you live, you may contact us with any privacy request and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
12. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. We do not currently alter our practices in response to such signals, but we honor cookie consent choices made through our banner and respect browser-level blocking of cookies.
13. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers consistent with applicable data-protection law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by other reasonable means.
